Job summary

TRL Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Security Foreman in Rancho Cucamonga to lead commercial low voltage installations, supervise field technicians, and coordinate site activities.

You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high-quality workmanship while serving as the main contact for project managers, customers, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security installations, strong knowledge of access control/CCTV, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial low voltage/security installation experience.
• 4+ years of leading or supervising technicians.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical schooling preferred.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and low voltage systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings/blueprints and interpret specs.
• Experience troubleshooting security networks and devices.
• Certifications in security platforms preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurance.
