Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead installation crews on data center projects. You will direct day-to-day field work, ensuring quality and safety while serving as the on-site leader for access control, CCTV, and structured cabling installations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong technical depth, and the ability to keep crews organized and productive in mission-critical environments. OSHA familiarity is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on field experience in electronic security/low voltage systems.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or foreman role directing installation crews.
• Strong OSHA knowledge; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct installation crews on active data center sites.
• Assign daily tasks, set pace, ensure quality and safety.
