Job summary

BearCom is seeking a Security Installation Foreman to lead a crew in installing and troubleshooting low voltage panels, IP video, and intrusion systems across sites in Corona, CA. You will supervise technicians, ensure quality, and coordinate tasks while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Proven leadership, strong communication, and hands-on expertise with Lenel/S2, Milestone, and DMP systems are essential, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the state

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or vocational training.
• 5+ years of experience in security installation and field work.
• Mastery knowledge of intrusion systems, IP Video, and access control (Lenel/S2, Milestone, DMP).
• Ability to read plans and install panels, boxes and wiring.
• Proficiency with OSHA regulations and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and devices including IP video systems and intrusion systems.
• Provides onsite supervision of installers across multiple worksites.
• Coaches and teaches others to perform tasks to standard.
• Delivers reliable customer support and system operation instructions.
• Performs system testing and verifies signals.
