Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial roofing service experience with at least 2 years leading field crews.
• Strong working knowledge of EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen roofing systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex roof leaks and determine effective repair solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service crew on commercial roofing service calls and repairs.
• Diagnose roof leaks, scope work, and direct crew for repairs.
• Ensure complete jobsite documentation and enforce safety standards.
