Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, reviewing drawings, managing job costs, and maintaining compliance with safety programs. Travel statewide, with a focus on delivering quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED plus five years in a commercial roofing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage safety programs on job sites.
• Strong communication and client relations skills with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Roofing Safety Policies.
• Evaluate various low slope and steep slope roofing systems.
• Manage customer relations and actively sell work.
• Hire and train employees; conduct evaluations.
• Read drawings and specifications; estimate work and manage costs.
• Oversee job management from purchase order to final billing.
