Job summary

Procon Roofing Corporation in Greensboro, NC seeks a skilled Service Foreman to lead roofing service crews on commercial/industrial sites. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and high workmanship, mentoring a two-person crew (Foreman + Technician) and coordinating daily field operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting roofs, planning repairs, documenting work, and maintaining equipment while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Foreman, lead hand, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO roofing.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and determine repair solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical work as required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing service crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Inspect roofing systems and identify repair requirements.
• Perform and oversee repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Train, mentor, and support labourers and service technicians.
• Manage tools, equipment, materials, and daily job site logistics.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and management.
• Complete required documentation, inspections, and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
• Promote and enforce Procon Roofing's safety policies and procedures.
