Wilmington/Clinton County Chamber of Commerce in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Service Foreman for the commercial roofing division. You will lead the service crew, inspect roof conditions, and prepare repair recommendations while ensuring safety and quality on every project.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, and valid man lift and OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; OSHA and man lift certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing repairs.
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with roofing manufacturer warranty requirements and adherence during repairs and installations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to supervise a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Proficiency in tools and equipment used in commercial roofing repairs.
• Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Valid man lift certification and OSHA certification.
• Physical stamina for heights and varying weather; willingness to work long hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roof conditions and prepare repair recommendations.
• Track leaks to their source and determine repair course of action.
• Maintain cleanliness, preventative maintenance reports, and vehicle inventory.
• Manage subordinate personnel, including time, safety, and training tracking.
• Communicate clearly with clients, other trades, service superintendents, and account managers.
