You will mentor crews, manage site logistics, and maintain documentation while delivering projects on schedule and within budget. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Foreman or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, especially TPO.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and determine repair solutions.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing service crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Inspect roofing systems and identify repair requirements.
• Perform and oversee repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Train, mentor, and support labourers and service technicians.
• Manage tools, equipment, materials, and daily job site logistics.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and management.
• Complete required documentation, inspections, and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
• Promote and enforce Procon Roofing's safety policies and procedures.
