Procon Roofing Corporation in Greensboro, NC seeks a skilled Service Foreman to lead roofing service crews on commercial/industrial sites. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and high workmanship, mentoring a two-person crew (Foreman + Technician) and coordinating daily field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Foreman, lead hand, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO roofing.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and determine repair solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical work as required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Foreman to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial roofing projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. We are seeking a foreman who can work with their own service technician as part of a dedicated 2-man crew (Foreman + Technician).

Position Summary
