Tecta America New England is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Foreman in the Brockton, MA area. You will oversee installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, ensuring craftsmanship, quality, and on-time production from start to finish.

The role requires 3–5 years of roofing experience, proven leadership, and strong safety discipline. Local travel, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/Spanish are valued assets for site teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with various commercial roofing systems.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
• OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and removal of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC).
• Supervise, direct and train roofing crews on sites.
• Ensure work meets specifications and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with Operations, clients, vendors and crew.
• Track materials, labor and progress; complete paperwork.
• Attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
