Job summary

Tecta America New England seeks a Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to oversee installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roofing systems. You will manage crews on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict safety adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience with commercial roofing (TPO/EPDM/PVC), strong leadership, and the ability to read job specs. OSHA 10 is required; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. This full-time role is based locally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with various commercial roofing systems.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
• OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC.
• Supervise, direct and train roofing crews on site.
• Perform work per job specs and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with Operations, clients, vendors and crew.
• Track materials, labor and job progress; complete paperwork and attend meetings.
