Job summary

Tecta America New England is seeking an experienced commercial roofing production foreman to oversee installation, removal and replacement of commercial roofing systems. Under the direction of the Operations Manager and Field Superintendent, this role supervises crews from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship and on-time production.

The position offers $40.00-$45.00 per hour, BOE, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience with various commercial roofing systems.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents and job specs.
• OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC).
• Supervise and train roofing crews on site.
• Ensure safety guidelines and project specifications are followed.
• Track materials, labor, and progress; communicate with teams and clients.
• Complete required paperwork and attend meetings.
