Job summary

Eagle Cornice, a Tecta America Co., in Cranston, RI, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to oversee installation, removal and replacement of commercial roofing systems. You will manage crews, ensure craftsmanship and production, and coordinate with operations and clients.

The role requires 3-5 years in commercial roofing, leadership experience, OSHA training, and a valid driver’s license. A bilingual Spanish/English candidate is highly desirable, with a strong emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with various commercial roofing systems.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, job specifications, technical procedures and/or government regulations.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in an outdoor setting with varying weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 certification. OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Installation and removal of various types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.
• Supervise, direct and train roofing crews on commercial roofing sites.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with Operations team, clients, vendors and crew members.
• Track materials, labor and job progress.
• Enforce Company and OSHA safety standards.
• Complete all required paperwork, electronic correspondence and attend meetings as required.
