Job summary

Tecta America Baltimore is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead roofing crews and oversee installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring craftsmanship and safety.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of leadership in commercial roofing, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights in varying weather. Local travel up to 2 hours may be required. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• A valid driver's license.
• Initiative, integrity and adaptability.
• Must climb ladders, bend, climb and kneel regularly.
• Must lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
• Roof maintenance and repairs.
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training.
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports.
