Job summary

Tecta America New England is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to oversee installation, removal and replacement of commercial roofing systems. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring craftmanship, quality and production standards while leading crews in a field environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial roofing, proven supervisory skills and OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred).

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience with commercial roofing systems.
Proven leadership or foreman experience.
OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
Ability to read and interpret general business documents and specs.

Responsibilities

Install and remove commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC.
Supervise, direct and train roofing crews on sites.
Work in accordance with job specs and safety guidelines.
Communicate with Operations team, clients, vendors and crew members.
Track materials, labor and job progress.
Enforce Company and OSHA safety standards.
Complete all required paperwork and attend meetings; perform additional duties as assigned.
