GPAC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator for commercial painting and bid leadership, aimed at growing a motivated team and promoting services to general contractors and property managers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial painting, proficiency with Planswift or On-Center, and a proven ability to leverage technology to enhance client service, with solid growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.

Mansioni

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers.
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
