Job summary

GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join a growing Commercial Paint team. You will lead project execution, manage client relationships with General Contractors and property managers, and drive successful bids for projects exceeding $500K.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial painting as an estimator or PM, and can leverage On-Center or Planswift to create precise estimates and presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• Experience with estimating software is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers.
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader.
