gpac is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator for a well-established Commercial Paint Contractor in Raleigh, NC. You will lead project teams, bid commercial/light industrial painting projects, and promote services to general contractors and property managers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Commercial Paint Estimating or Project Management, proficiency with On-Center or Planswift, and a hands-on leadership style with a sales mindset. Great compensation and benefits await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.
