gpac, working with a well-respected Top 10 Commercial Paint/Industrial Coatings Contractor, seeks a Project Manager/Estimator in Dallas to drive bids and lead project teams for commercial, residential, and light industrial painting programs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in commercial painting as PM or estimator, proficiency in On-Center or Planswift, and a proven ability to use technology to enhance client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
• Bid commercial/residential/light industrial painting projects
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader
