Job summary

GPAC is assisting a well-respected Commercial Paint Contractor in Atlanta with a key role for a Project Manager or Estimator. You will lead a motivated team, promote services to GC and property managers, and bid commercial projects exceeding $500K.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial painting as estimator or PM, strong product presentation skills, proficiency in On-Center or Planswift, and a passion for using technology to enhance client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager.
• Ability to understand and present products and services.
• On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency.
• Specific experience in commercial painting required.
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers.
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K.
• Provide leadership to project teams.
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader.
