Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator for a commercial painting focus in Charlotte, NC. The role combines sales leadership with project oversight, driving bids and client relationships while guiding a growing team to deliver high-quality paint and fireproofing projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial painting estimating or management, strong communication, and proficiency with estimation tools such as On-Center or Planswift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager role.
• Experience with firestopping materials (paint, caulk, etc.).
• Ability to understand and present products/services to clients.
• Proficiency with estimation software On-Center/Planswift or similar.

Responsibilities

• Promote services to General Contractors and property managers.
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects for firestopping.
• Provide leadership to project teams and act as hands-on leader.
• Utilize technology to enhance client service and reporting.
