gpac is partnering with a well-respected Commercial Paint Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator in North Carolina. The role calls for leadership of a motivated team and a sales-minded approach to drive project success.

Responsibilities include promoting services to General Contractors and property managers, leading project teams, and bidding commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K. 4+ years in this field are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager
• Ability to use Planswift or On-Center for estimates
• Specific experience in commercial painting
• Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
