Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license (required) with professional designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and prepare submissions.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals to clients.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections; maintain data in agency systems.
