TWC Services, Inc. is a longtime leader in commercial HVAC, refrigeration and cooking equipment service, now seeking skilled technicians in Tampa, FL.

You will install rooftop units, split and VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation components while leading a team to meet safety and quality targets. Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation; lead/senior level preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a background check.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)


• Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems


• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning


• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards


• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


• Ability to pass a background check


• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
