Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking a senior HVAC/R installation lead to manage on-site teams across commercial projects in the Southeast. You will install rooftop units, split systems, VRF, ductwork, ventilation, walk-ins and ice machines, ensuring safety and quality at every step.

You will utilize blueprints and schematics for precise site planning, coordinate with customers and contractors, and uphold regulatory certifications. This role offers year-round work and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of commercial HVAC/R installation experience.
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF, ductwork, ventilation, walk-ins and ice machines.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics, and site planning.
• Lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication with customers and contractors.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

What We’re Looking For
