TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC installation lead to join our Florida team. You will install rooftop units, split systems, VRF, ductwork, and ventilation, coordinating with customers and contractors to ensure quality results.

The role requires EPA Type II/Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lead a crew while upholding safety and quality. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation; lead or senior level preferred.
• Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Excellent communication with customers and contractors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

What We're Looking For:
