Job summary

We seek experienced HVAC installers who can lead projects, read blueprints, and install RTUs, VRF, ductwork, and ventilation systems while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills with customers and contractors, a valid license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level preferred).
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• A technical degree or certifications are a plus but not required.

What Wer Looking For:

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
