TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced senior HVAC/R installer to join our field operations in the Southeast. You will install rooftop units, VRF systems, walk-ins, and related equipment, lead a crew, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Strong blueprint and customer communication skills are essential. Your background should include 5–10+ years in commercial HVAC/R installation, EPA Type II or Universal, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in commercial HVAC/R installation, lead or senior level preferred.
• Install rooftop units, VRF systems, walk-in coolers/freezers and related equipment.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics and plan jobs.
• Lead a team and ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Excellent communication with customers and contractors.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Technical degree or related certifications are a plus but not required.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ventilation systems, walk in coolers/freezers and ice machines
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
