TWC Services, Inc. is a Nashville-based leader in Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment Service.

We’re seeking an experienced technician to join our team and support a large Southeast footprint with a commitment to safety and quality service. Applicants should have 5–10+ years in commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years’ experience in commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment.
• Experience with walk-in freezers/coolers, reach-in freezers/coolers and ice machines.
• Experience with commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers).
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-10+ years’ experience in :
• Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/cooler s and ice machines)
• Commercial Cooking Equipment ( fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc. )
• A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems , refrigeration units and hot side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A bility to pass a background check
