Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is a long‑standing leader in Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment service. We are seeking a senior HVAC installation lead to install RTUs, split systems, VRF, and ductwork, while guiding a team to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have strong blueprint skills, excellent communication, and an EPA Type II or Universal certification. We offer competitive hourly rates and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level)
• Ability to install RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork and ventilation
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job-site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and contractors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required

• Lead installation projects for commercial HVAC systems
• Ensure safety and quality standards on job sites
• Coordinate with customers and contractors throughout installations
• Review blueprints and plan job sequences
• Mentor junior technicians and build team capabilities
