TWC Services, Inc. is a premier provider of Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment service with over 100 years in the industry. We are seeking an experienced lead for commercial HVAC installations to install rooftop units, VRF and split systems, and manage ductwork and ventilation.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation; lead or senior level preferred.
• Ability to install RTUs, split systems, VRF, ductwork and ventilation.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics and job-site planning.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Excellent communication with customers and contractors.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

What We're Looking For
