Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking a senior HVAC/R installation lead in Jacksonville, FL to supervise rooftop units, split systems, VRF, and related systems.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with customers and contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards on every job. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of commercial HVAC/R installation experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lead a field team.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior level).
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk-ins and ice machines.
• Strong reading of blueprints and schematics; capable of site planning.
• Lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication with customers and contractors.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check.
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams and ensure safety and quality on all jobs.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors; interpret blueprints and plans.
• Plan sequencing and site logistics to meet schedule and codes.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians.

What We’re Looking For:
