Qualifications

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level)
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC/R installations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and plan job sites.
• Install rooftop units, split systems, VRF, ductwork, ventilation, walk-ins & ice machines.
• Lead a team and coordinate with customers and contractors to complete projects on time.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk in coolers/freezers and ice machines
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
