Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in South Carolina. You will install rooftop units, VRF systems, and ventilation while leading on-site crews and coordinating with customers and contractors.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
