Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is recruiting an experienced lead HVAC/R installer to manage complex commercial projects in the Southeast. You will lead installation teams, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and quality across sites.

The role requires 5-10+ years in HVAC/R, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and strong customer communication to coordinate with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior level).
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF, ventilation systems, walk-ins.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication with customers and contractors.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ventilation systems, walk in coolers/freezers and ice machines
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
