Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is hiring a senior HVAC/R installer to lead installation teams across rooftop units, VRF systems, and related ventilation projects. You will interpret blueprints, coordinate with customers and contractors, and ensure safety and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires 5–10+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience, EPA Type II/Universal certification, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in commercial HVAC/R installation; lead or senior level ideal.
• Ability to install rooftop units, VRF systems, ductwork, walk-ins and ice machines.
• Strong blueprint/schematic interpretation and site planning.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required; valid driver’s license.
• Background check clearance required; degree/certs are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Plan and execute HVAC/R installations from blueprint to completion.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors; ensure on-time delivery.
• Train and mentor junior technicians; manage site logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, walk ins and ice machines
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning

• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
