Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Commercial HVAC/R
• At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership role
• Universal EPA certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and understand technical docs

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations for HVAC/R projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes and company policies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to plan projects.
• Prepare paperwork, schedules and progress reports.
