Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial HVAC/R, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for HVAC/R projects.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians.
• Ensure work complies with company policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Conduct visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and execute projects.
• Prepare and review paperwork, orders, schedules, and reports.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns.
