Job summary

Quick Servant is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems. You will ensure quality service and compliance with safety standards while coordinating field operations and client communications.

The role requires 7+ years of HVAC/R experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Commercial HVAC/R systems with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Familiarity with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.
• Lead and mentor HVAC/R technicians, ensuring resources and training.
• Ensure work complies with policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Conduct visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety, addressing issues.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, and ensure that we are providing quality service to the customer. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct visits and inspections to ensure quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, and address concerns to maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience on Commercial HVAC/R systems and or commercial kitchen equipment, with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Universal EPA certification is required.
