Job summary

Byrum Heating & AC is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead commercial installation projects from kickoff to startup. You will mentor Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You must have 4+ years HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to work on rooftops and in mechanical spaces. Join a growing NearU family for a long-term career.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing installation projects and mentoring team members.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
• Read blueprints and installation plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Coach and develop Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers.
• Verify airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and overall system performance.
• Complete installation documentation accurately and on time.
