Job summary
Byrum Heating & AC, a NearU company, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead installation projects from kickoff to startup. You’ll mentor Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers while delivering quality workmanship on every job.
You bring 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience, EPA Certification, and a valid driver's license. You’ll work on rooftops, read blueprints, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction on site.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing installation projects and mentoring team members.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- EPA Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
- Install and replace rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and duct systems.
- Read blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans to ensure schedules are met.
- Coach and develop Install Helpers and Apprentices.
- Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction on site.
