Byrum Heating & AC, a NearU Company, seeks a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to head commercial installation projects from kickoff through startup. You will lead the crew on-site, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while mentoring junior team members.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of HVAC installation experience, proven leadership, and EPA certification. A valid driver's license and ability to work on rooftops are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing installation projects and mentoring team members.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
• Install and replace rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and duct systems.
• Read blueprints, job specs, and installation plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Coach and develop Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers.
