Job summary

Byrum Heating & AC, a NearU Company, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead and own commercial installation projects from kickoff to final startup. You will read plans, oversee crews, and ensure quality workmanship while mentoring Install Helpers and Apprentices.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of HVAC installation experience, strong leadership, and an EPA certification with a valid driver's license. This role offers year-round work with overtime and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial or residential HVAC installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from kickoff to final startup.
• Read blueprints and plans to ensure schedules stay on track.
• Coach and develop Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers.
• Ensure proper airflow, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, and system performance.
• Communicate with customers and project managers throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and complete installation documentation on time.
