Key Duties

• Execute scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs for commercial HVAC/R units.
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions across heating, cooling, and refrigeration hardware.
• Handle the setup and installation of new HVAC/R machinery as needed.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following industry protocols.
• Deliver outstanding support to ensure clients feel informed and satisfied with their service experience.
• Document all service visits, repairs, and maintenance tasks with precision.
• Work alongside colleagues to boost overall service productivity and operational success.
• Keep pace with emerging technologies and best practices within the HVAC/R field.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school or GED; technical training in HVAC/R is a strong asset.
