Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Commercial Service and Maintenance.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Flexible to work customer-directed schedule when needed.
• Strong safety record; detail and goal oriented.
• Troubleshooting skills; familiarity with 120/240 single phase through 480V three phase.
• Data, fire alarm and control familiarity a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication with adaptability.
• Familiarity with technology and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance tasks in customer facilities.
• Read project drawings, submittals, and layout; interpret blueprints.
