Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of project management and budgets, proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems, and experience with Procore. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years project management experience; equivalent combination may be considered.
• High attention to detail; ability to read/interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs; ERP/CRM systems; Excel; experience with Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget, staffing, and resources for each phase.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, authority, and provide technical guidance.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Other duties as assigned
