You will coordinate budgets, schedules, RFPs, meetings, and subcontractor management, while collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet expectations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, a degree in construction/engineering/business, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Degree in construction/engineering/business strongly preferred
• Experience reading construction drawings and overseeing multi-project delivery
• Proficiency with project management software and standard MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and document control.
• Create and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and meetings.
• Coordinate milestones, owner reports, and subcontract changes.
• Collaborate with project superintendent and site team throughout the life of the project
• Lead and mentor assistant project management staff and coordinators
