HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager in Seattle, WA to lead multiple project teams through bid, budgeting and value engineering processes.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams and operations to deliver thorough preconstruction services from concept to construction documents. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture and 7+ years in commercial construction, with demonstrated leadership and coaching

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
7+ years of related commercial construction work experience.
Has been the lead preconstruction manager on several projects and coached others.

Responsabilités

Lead multiple project teams in all bid and budget deliverables.
Present pricing proposals and value engineering to clients.
Supervise preconstruction managers, assistants and project engineers with minimal oversight.
Engage with owners, design teams, consultants and operations to move projects to construction phase.
