Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in a project management role with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong software skills: MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and file required documentation.
• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects.
• Lead pre-construction RFP packages and coordinate meetings.
• Schedule projects, ensure quality control and manage logistics.
• Oversee pay applications and subcontract change orders.
• Closeout processes and client communications; foster relationships with clients and vendors.
