Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish on time and within budget.

You will drive budgets, schedules, and quality control while liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, strong software proficiency (ProCore, BlueBeam, JD Edwards, MS Project), and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years in commercial construction and project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and read construction drawings.
• Mastery of software systems including MS Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.
• Strong leadership, communication, initiative, integrity, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and file required documentation.
• Create and manage project budgets for assigned projects.
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP packages.
• Conduct project meetings, set milestones, and prepare owner reports.
• Establish RFIs, submittals, and pay applications; approve/pay changes.
• Schedule projects, ensure quality control, and manage logistics.
• Oversee closeout processes and client communications.
• Supervise assistants and collaborate with the site operations team.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
